"What is your role at Sheldon Phillips?"

At Sheldon Phillips I have been brought into the business as a Recruitment Administrator. Whilst the job title can be quite broad, specifically I am focusing on the compliance and payroll sections of the business. Making sure that our candidates are 100% compliant, not only to our clients standards, but to our own in house procedures. We are committed to being a leader in this sector for our high standards and compliance is a big part of that. I love talking to people, so building good relationships with our candidates is exactly what I aim to do as part of my role.

"Work aside, what do you like to do for fun?"

I love to spend my time going on long walks with our dog, exploring the countryside. I am a big family and friends person, so spending time with them doing all sorts of things is a big part of my life. I also love to explore new restaurants and cuisines with my husband!
