Are you an experienced and passionate Social Work Team Manager looking for a new challenge in a vibrant and supportive environment? We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Children's Mash and Assessment Team in Slough.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership, supervision, and support to a busy Children's Assessment Team.
• Overseeing the assessment and planning process for children and families involved with child protection services.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and local policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive support services for children and families.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England.
• Significant experience managing a busy Child Protection Team.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of child protection legislation and procedures.
