Our client in Devon is looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage their Childrens Assessment and Safeguarding team in Childrens Services.

They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. There are lots of progression opportunities too, with regular panels in place for internal promotions. The senior managers are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to be a part of the incredible improvement journey of the island childrens services and contributing to the positive change, ensuring the best outcomes for the young people of the Devon.

You will need to have at least 3 years of experience in managing a Family Safeguarding team within Childrens Services to be eligible for this post on the Devon as a Team Manager.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
