Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team

Pay Rate: £35.00 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team. You will support children with disabilities and their families, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and ensure the delivery of effective services. You will work closely with families and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create tailored care plans for children with disabilities.
• Work with families and agencies to provide comprehensive services.
• Contribute to safeguarding and child protection.
• Manage your caseload and maintain accurate records.

About You

• A Social Work qualification and HCPC registration.
• Experience with children with disabilities or in children's social care.
• Strong communication and case management skills.
