Milton Keynes Council is looking for a passionate Children in Care Social Worker to join our dedicated team. You’ll make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children, providing support through assessments, care planning, and court work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs of children in care and ensure their safety and wellbeing
• Work with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support
• Prepare reports for court and manage care plans
• Provide support for fostering and adoption placements

What We Need:

• Qualified Social Worker: Degree and registration with Social Work England
• Experience in children’s social work, particularly in Children in Care or safeguarding
• Excellent communication skills and a child-centered approach
• Strong team player with a commitment to improving children's lives
