Are you a passionate Qualified Social Worker looking for your next exciting opportunity? We’re working with a fantastic Local Authority in Bracknell that is looking for an experienced social worker to join their Assessment Team in Children’s Services!

This is a brilliant opportunity to really make a difference by assessing the needs of children and families, working closely with partner agencies, and managing important caseloads under S17 and S47 of the Children’s Act. Bracknell is known for its supportive management team and strong multi-agency relationships, making it a great place to develop your career.

In this role, you’ll be carrying out single assessments, responding to child protection concerns, and working with families to ensure the best possible outcomes for children. You’ll also be part of the duty system one week per month, with additional backup days requiring office attendance—so you’ll be in the office around two weeks out of every four.

You’ll need at least an ASYE plus 2 years of experience in Children’s Services to be eligible for this role in Bracknell.

As well as an ASYE, you also need:

• Social Work England Registration
• Social Work Qualification
• Right to Work in the UK
