About the Role:

As a Qualified Adults Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and appropriate interventions.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, housing services, and community organizations.
  • Supporting service users through complex situations, including safeguarding, mental health, and substance misuse.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, DipSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, ideally within a local authority or community setting.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with service users, families, and professionals.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
