Are you a dedicated Social Worker with experience in Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) teams? Blackpool Council is seeking a skilled professional to join their dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and risks for children and families.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure timely and effective safeguarding responses.
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing high-quality, child-focused interventions.
• Make informed decisions and contribute to strategy discussions to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  
   

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with HCPC/SWE registration.
• Experience within a MASH or safeguarding team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment.
