**Essential Skills and Experience:**

- Qualified Social Worker: A recognised qualification in social work and registration with Social Work England (SWE) are mandatory.
- Experience in Child Protection: Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding within a MASH or similar setting.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions based on comprehensive information gathering.
- Excellent Communication: Proficient in liaising with various agencies and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and support.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Capable of managing a demanding workload with a calm and professional approach.
