**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of practice.
- Safeguard and support looked after children, ensuring their welfare and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to embed child-focused methodologies in all aspects of work.
- Provide reliable and dependable support to team members, fostering a strong team dynamic.


**Skills and Experience Required:**

- Qualified Social Worker (SWE registration essential).
- Demonstrable experience in leadership and management within social work.
- Previous experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and experience with looked after children.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a commitment to reliability and dependability.
