Temporary Recruitment

Sheldon Phillips provide a dedicated temporary recruitment service to the Social Work sector. Although budgets within Local Authorities and throughout the sector are increasingly limited, we partner with our clients to make sure that the temporary staff they recruit are vastly experienced and have the ability to take over a complex case load with ease, to provide long term stability for their service users.

All temporary candidates receive the following checks:

  • Photo ID and Eligibility to Work in the UK
  • Professional references covering 5 years
  • HCPC Registration and Social Work Qualification verified
  • Enhanced DBS check
